  • About Tim Graham, President & Owner

    Tim Graham is from Valley Stream, NY and has built a successful career in welding and heavy equipment mechanics over 30 years. Starting as a certified welder, he transitioned to municipal work, eventually rising to Assistant Supervisor and then Department Head. His vast experience has earned him a reputation as a trusted expert in the field.

    Driven by a passion for high-quality equipment, Tim founded Welding Gearhead to offer top-tier tools and products from brands like PrimeWeld, Williams Industrial Tools, Alliance Distribution Partners, and Optrel.

    Beyond his work, Tim dedicated 15 years to coaching and serving as a club president, helping to grow the club threefold. He also founded a program for special needs athletes, demonstrating his commitment to his community. Now, Tim shares his knowledge through product sales, welding education, and plans to launch a YouTube channel to help others succeed in welding and fabrication.
